FAQ's

Yes. Once a month we have a free legal clinic for those who sign up through the Seminole County Legal Aid Society and qualify for legal aid.

Otherwise, our consultation fee is $500.00. This is a time we can meet and make preliminary evaluation concerning your case and answer questions concerning your options to get the results you are looking to achieve. If you retain our firm within three months, we will credit your consultation fee towards your initial retainer.

Unlike the personal injury lawyers who advertise on TV, business and family lawyers work on an hourly rate and are not permitted to work for a “contingency fee,” payable only if your legal work is completed to your satisfaction. We can offer a flat one-time fee for routine matters, such as forming a corporation.
