Ms. Williams has a vision and mission to make this website a valuable legal resource to distressed families, churches and ministries in this state. She wishes to use her legal talents to assist people and support churches and educate leadership about ways to protect themselves in every situation.

Located in Central Florida, the Law Offices of Susan J. Williams, P.A. is a general civil litigation firm. Much of our practice is concentrated in the areas of family law, business law, church law, non-profit and contract law, although we sometimes represent clients in other areas including corporate law and probate.

Susan J. Williams has practiced law in Central Florida for 20 years, after graduating first in her law school class. She has received her Juris Doctorate degree and has received extensive ADR training that includes becoming a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, being trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and being trained as a Financial Divorce Specialist.

Family Law includes annulment, separation and divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal maintenance and property settlements, as well as premarital and domestic partnership agreements and guardian ad litem services.
